TalkTV presenter Kevin O’Sullivan and royal commentator Kinsey Schofield believe Meghan Markle has a new reason to be worried. Sarah Ferguson has reportedly been receiving lucrative offers from publishers to write a tell-all book about what life was like in the Royal Family.
Kinsey has speculated that Prince Harry and Meghan’s main concern will be that Fergie will detail secrets that involve the couple’s decision to step down from their role as working royals in 2020. Despite claims from the former Duchess of York, 66, that she won’t go through with writing the book, Kevin is convinced otherwise, arguing that she is desperate enough that she may have no choice.

He said: “She will stoop to that. She’s got no other source of income now. We know she’s been desperately jet-setting around the world. She’s gone from a £13,000-a-night Zurich wellness retreat to a VIP spa hotel in Ireland.”
The presenter added that Fergie – the ex-wife of the disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor – has been “begging for money” in the Middle East as she has no economic options left.
“No one is giving her money anymore but she is being offered a lot to write this book. She said she would never do that, she will do it and that is very bad news for Meghan and Harry,” he observed, claiming this is likely Fergie took the Duchess of Sussex under her wing when she started dating Prince Harry in 2016.
Kevin declared: “The word is Meghan confided all her secrets to Fergie so those secrets, trust me, are coming soon to a book near you, written by the treacherous Sarah Ferguson.”
Kinsey agreed, arguing that the couple fears “alternative versions of their truth” becoming public.

She said: “Since Harry and Meghan moved here, they’ve monetised their version of events, not necessarily the truth, but their truth.
“The Royal Family’s refusal to engage with them has allowed those versions to go largely unchallenged.”
The royal commentator pointed out that Sarah’s daughter, Princess Eugenie, lived in Harry and Meghan’s UK estate, Frogmore Cottage, during the pandemic, and likely confided in her mother about what went on at that time.
“Fergie has secrets and her financial desperation takes her to dark places, so I do believe that the Sussexes could and should be worried about this new development,” Kinsey concluded.
