Expresso Premium: Andrew Lownie on Prince Andrew’s Cover-Up

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsorย allegedly greeted an air hostess on a plane by grabbing her and “grinding” himself on her as he got on board, royal author Andrew Lownie has alleged.

During an appearance onย the Daily Expressoย talk show, Mr Lownie, who wrote the book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, also makes the shocking revelation that he is aware of similar incidents involving the former Duke of York and yoga instructors.

Mr Lownie recently released an updated paperback version of his shocking book, adding to the avalanche of claims againstย King Charles’sย younger brother.

Speaking to host JJ Anisiobi, Mr Lownie said: “[Andrew] greets an air hostess on a plane, swings her around and basically grinds himself into her behind. I’ve got stories like that with yoga instructors, a whole series of people. Often with people around him. He’s completely shameless.”

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been contacted for comment.

Mr Lownie’s appearance on the Daily Expresso followsย more shocking claims in the updated copy of his book. One of the most eye-opening was another incident on a plane where the author saysย Andrew shoved a “bottle of water down his trousers” to warm it up in front of an air hostess after complaining the drink was too cold.

Under a subheading titled ‘Strange Behaviour’, Mr Lownie writes: “Andrewโ€™s strange behaviour has affected so many people. A stewardess on a first-class British Airways flight to New York in 2010 recalls that, after he requested a bottle of water, he complained it was too cold.

“She apologised and said all the water was in the chiller, so he undid his flies, shoved the bottle of water down his trousers and said: ‘This will warm it up’.”

Last month, a member of Andrew’s staff also recalled a conversation he recently had with Andrew to the biographer, where the former prince claims he’s “been completely misunderstood” and describes the last few months as “the most distressing experience of my life”.

The former prince is hopeful “that one day the naked truth will finally let out”.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has always vehemently denied wrongdoing and remains under investigation for suspicion of misconduct in public office.
