Susie first sparked concern as to her relationship situation after posing a cryptic Instagram message about “healing” and taking time off work “to focus on my wellbeing”.
The MAFS star, who featured on the Australia series, was seen without her wedding rings, and she has now told of the split and addressed her “break up grief”.
In a caption to her latest video upload, she wrote: “Decided I’m sharing the breakup spiral because watching other people lose the plot has been oddly comforting x”
Her clip saw the mum of two wearing a baseball cap and sports vest, and taking a stroll at Mount Tamberine in Queensland.

She spoke direct to the camera and said: “Can I just say breakup grief is the strangest f**king thing”.
Talking tongue in cheek, she continued: “So yesterday when I went on my walk I literally made an informed decision to go on a new walk up this hill that I know is particularly steep late in the day when I knew it was going to get dark purely in the hopes that just maybe, maybe there might be a kidnapper lurking and ready to kidnap me or murder me or something, or I’d accidentally fall off a cliff or something”.
She added: “Because I literally thought either of those options would hurt less than what I am feeling right now”.
Trying to reassure fans, Susie then told fans she feels “kind of ok” now.
She finished her video with the words: “F**k it’s a rollercoaster so just gotta roll with it I guess!”
Previously, Susie she told how she was taking a break from her advanced aesthetics treatments business Down Under.
Susie, who shares children King and Lion with Todd, then posted how she was enduring “one of the most difficult times of my life”.
Susie was partnered with Billy Vincent on the sixth series of Married At First Sight Australia.
Susie and Todd started dating in 2019 before getting engaged in 2021 and going on to tie the knot last year.
The couple announced they were expecting their second child together in September last year, following a difficult IVF journey.
They told fans how they had welcomed their second tot in February.
