However, when she was asked about it during an appearance on ITV’s Loose Women, she said the speculation was not true, firmly stating: “I’m not leaving.”
Lisa was on the panel of the daytime show with Kaye Adams, Jane Moore and Sunetra Sarker, when Jane asked her: “By the way, can I just ask? Because I read yesterday online that you’re leaving?”
But Lisa told her: “I’m not leaving. No, I’m not leaving at all.”
“No, we can quash that completely,” she went on. “I’m very much staying as Mandy Dingle for a very long time.”

Lisa also opened up about suffering from “brain fog” on the set of the soap as the Loose Women stars discussed the perimenopause.
She shared: “It was an eight-scene day, and it was the fourth one of the day with Bradley (Johnson) who plays my son, and we’re on the set, and I knew I knew my lines. I knew I was word perfect, but I kid you not, I started doing the scene, and I just was like this.
“And all I remember, I’m going… I literally, I froze, and I didn’t know where I was. I didn’t know what I was doing, what I was supposed to say next.”

The actress continued: “And I think I told you girls before, it was like I could have been anywhere else at all apart from at work and delirious.”
Lisa said that Bradley spotted that something was wrong when she struggled to find her lines as they shot the scene.
She said: “He looked at me and he’s like, ‘Lise, Lise, are you okay?’ He could obviously see it in my eyes, and he thought whether I was poorly or not. And I felt so embarrassed.”
“It is brain fog, and it’s scary,” added the star.
