And it seems this one was no easier as the former Dance Moms star was seen breaking down as she dropped Chris, 33, at Palm Springs International Airport.
Telly presenter Chris opened the door to JoJo’s car in a new video posted to his social media.
She was seen facing away from him as she held back tears.
Chris said to JoJo: “You don’t want Chrissy to go do you my love… Darling.”
American singer JoJo, 23, then slowly turned in her seat, revealing the tears flowing down her face.
She looked utterly devestated.
“Ohhh bubsy,” Chris soothed as she attempted to dry her tears on her hoodie.
Chris captioned the Snapchat post: “I just love this face. Never fun going back.”
The smitten couple had an emotional reunion just recently as they prepared to celebrate JoJo’s birthday – which was on May 19.
They’ve been spotted making the most of their precious time together, swimming in the pool, going out for meals, playing golf and spending time with her family.
In a separate clip, Chris shared a hilarious video of him and JoJo driving a golf cart along the highway to a coffee shop.
Earlier this month, dancer JoJo revealed her heartbreak over being banned from speaking to her man for weeks.
In a post on Snapchat, JoJo revealed she would be going “cold turkey,” having no contact with Love Island star Chris while she filmed a show for seven to 10 days in Canada.
Writing in text over a sad selfie, she said: “No contact with Chris for 7 – 10 days hits hard.”
JoJo and Chris developed a close friendship on Celebrity Big Brother – and fans were obsessed with the pair.
Weeks later they were spotted together and soon confirmed their friendship had developed into a romance.
